REFUND POLICY
All items ordered via our online store are eligible for an exchange 14 days from the day of arrival.
To qualify for the exchange the item must be return to us unworn and in a resell-able condition. Please note, all relevant tags and packaging must remain intact.
The item must be shipped back to our Hub and once received we will issue a gift card with the relevant store credit. Please note that all packages are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them in our Hub. We recommend you ship your item back with a tracked and insured service. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item
