Shipping policy

ALL ORDERS

All orders with Iron Soles are processed within a 1-5 day time frame. All UK orders are sent out with an express service that is fully tracked using either Royal/DHL/UPS/DPD.

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Please ensure at the point of checkout that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to invalid addresses.

UK ORDERS

Please allow 7 working days before contacting us about your order!

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is normally between 1-3 days.

Please be aware USUALLY items will arrive quicker than the estimates given above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / EU ORDERS

Any international orders will be marked as a low value gift to reduce custom charges. If for any reason custom charges are charged, Iron Soles holds no responsibility to pay the charges. For further information prior to purchase, please contact us. 

Delivery time normally takes between 6-12 days.

Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as "returned goods - of no commercial value". This is to prevent them being held at customs. Iron Soles will not be responsible for any charges if this is done incorrectly.
