Shipping policy

 

All orders
Orders are processed within 1–5 working days and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Every UK order goes out fully tracked with Royal Mail, DHL, UPS or DPD. Please check your delivery address at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect address.

UK delivery
Free tracked delivery on orders over £100. Orders under £100 are charged at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. You’ll get a tracking link by email.

International delivery
Delivery usually takes 6–12 working days. Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country’s customs and are the buyer’s responsibility. Get in touch before ordering if you’d like an estimate.

Sneaker cleaning postage
Cleaning prices cover the clean only. You post your pairs to us with a tracked, insured service. We return them by Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.80 for one pair, or £8.90 for two or more pairs.
