1. About these terms

This website, ironsoles.co.uk, is run by Ironsoles Ltd (“Iron Soles”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14165034, VAT number GB441801226, at 17 Cheesmer Way, Horsham RH12 3UY, United Kingdom. Contact us at ironsoles@gmail.com. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, along with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Our shop runs on Shopify.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or using the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to upload viruses or harmful code, and not to copy, scrape or resell any part of the site without our written permission.

3. Products and authenticity

Every item we sell is genuine and checked before it ships. We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so the colour you see may differ slightly. Many of our products are limited, and stock can sell out while you're browsing.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we email to confirm it has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the other options shown, including Klarna. Your card details are handled securely by our payment providers and never stored by us.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Sneaker cleaning service

Cleaning prices cover the clean only. You post your items to us with a tracked, insured service, and they are your responsibility until they reach us. We return items by Royal Mail Tracked 24 at the postage cost shown on our Sneaker Cleaning page. We take care with every pair, but cleaning can't always remove every stain or mark, and older or worn materials may react differently. We'll tell you before we start if we think an item is at risk. Cleaning vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can't be exchanged for cash.

8. Gift cards

Iron Soles gift cards can be spent on the site and can't be exchanged for cash.

9. Your content

If you send us reviews, photos or ideas, you allow us to use them on our site and social media. You confirm you have the right to share them and that they aren't unlawful or offensive.

10. Other websites

Our site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

11. Mistakes on the site

We work to keep product details, prices and stock accurate. If we spot an error, we may correct it and, where needed, cancel an affected order and refund you in full.

12. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
